I have a galaxy with a thick protective case and other holders weren't deep enough to hold my phone

It deserves 2 stars, I disliked this holder because it come off from the winshoside, so I cannot use it.

Until they are able to correct the issue, I would pursue a holder by a company like Anker - where, if it breaks, their customer service will support you in replacing the item.

Great quality holder, it's been couple of months now and works perfectly, it does shake a little bit when of course driving on a bad condition road, other than that it just stays still, I didn't stick the little piece that comes for support that might of course make a big difference, I just don't want to stick anything on my dashboard, in general is a great quality item for the price, I live in Florida, and it has been thru the FL summer days, hasn't fall apart, melt or anything like other reviews here has shown, planning on ordering some more for my boyfriend and mom.

Also, the company reached out to me to provide me with a different model, free of charge, specifically the holder that attaches to the dashboard
