As others have noted, the filter basket is very hard to remove and reinstall

First, it is tricky to put the filter basket on and off the machine and still defies me from time to time.

The filter basket is horrible.

Tip: remove entire filter basket to dump filter after use, don't try lifting the filter out

Went to Wal-Mart to get a filter basket but not available so with company

The filter basket is difficult to remove and reattach, and tends to swing open on its own.

I saw a few reviews that said that the filter basket cannot be removed, which worried me a bit, but I found that the filter basket can easily be removed by lifting it straight up a bit until the bottom pin is free and then pulling down and out to free the top pin

However... cleaning and setting is not as good as on my previous models

It is also safe as it will cut itself off after 2 hours of being left on so if you leave the house and forget to cut it off not to worry as will it cut itself off for you

Works as it should.
