Half way through the cleaning cycle "as directed", the machine starts with a continues loud beeping that would not stop until I turned the machine off!

Personally the amount of steam seems minimal--"coffee ready beep too loud"

It signals with 3 loud beeps when it is finished brewing and when it has been on for 2 hours.

The only complaint I have is when the coffee is finish brewing it gives off a loud beep noise to let you know it is done

Put the 4 cups of vinegar as suggested and within 10 mins of the 45 minute cycle started to make a loud beeping noise that would not go away unless unplugged from the wall

This one has a shrill beep that was activated this am when i was woken up at 5 am and in NO MOOD

The beeps are annoying.

There are some great things about this coffee pot, but do not buy if you want (a) strong coffee or (b) to not have to clean up the counter every other day
