I brew 1 to 2 pots a day and this coffee brewer has never disappointed me.

I have done some testing and found that the pot will keep coffee hot for about 5 hours after it is brewed, give or take a little depending on room conditions.

The only solutions are to brew bigger pots (and potentially waste coffee), or manually remove the carafe during the brew cycle to extend the time grounds steep with hot water - and risk overflowing the filter basket
