Not quite sure why this has so many poor reviews, rating something 1 star because it arrived damaged or broken doesn't tell me anything about the product

I read the negative reviews about the unit leaking all during brewing cycle

And I DID NOT receive a thing for my truthful honest review.

I read many reviews that had negative remarks about leaking, and other brew problems

It doesn't taste any more like plastic than any other plastic made machine on the market (and trust me, I've tried a few!), so don't let a single bad review turn you off to it!With that said, if you're a coffee snob, you're not going to like this machine

AND...DO NOT let the negative reviews about the overflow and/or leaking on the counter fool you-that is user error

This one had a few negative reviews but for me at least, none of the negative comments came to be true

BEFORE you write a bad review.

Having read those reviews regarding overflow, I was careful to empty & rinse the carafe after we finished our morning coffee

Still, that doesn't stop me giving this a top review
