This is definitely not user error!

The leaking/ over spilling is user error

I've not had one leak and can confirm that is probably users error

We aren't yet sure if this is user error (how many ways can we be wrong though, we wonder?

This is strictly user error

AND...DO NOT let the negative reviews about the overflow and/or leaking on the counter fool you-that is user error
