I like the new design

The pouring design of the pitcher is absolutely foolproof; I've had not a single drop land anywhere other than in the targeted glasses (no, not on the counter, nor the floor, nor myself, nor the dog.)

I can't understand how it is that such a simple, well-designed, successfully-productive, inexpensive - yet ultimately unimportant kitchen appliance can produce such....intriguingly emotional reviews!

I use a funnel but the square pitcher is just a bad design.

It will still work but very poorly designed

but then I quickly realized it was the poor design that was to blame.

The entire device and pitcher could have a better design

The old model would sometimes get backed up and leak, this new design makes it even worse since it leaks nearly all the time

If they were a reputable company, they would have a recall on this sorry design

No extra steeping capabilities, cheap plastic, lids difficult to maneuver, poor overall design, poor designed pitcher handle, oddly placed stiff cord makes it awkward to place item neatly on counter

The design on the inside where the tea bags are put is poor

I have had this one for about 6 months now and, to be fair, the overall design is better than the last one I had

The design is poor and quality of the plastic seems cheap

Yes, it is a poor design and it leaks all over the counter because of this design

I can't remember ever coming across a more poorly designed product

I am still looking for a well made well designed one gallon iced tea maker.

I'm just another voice in the crowd who experienced a lot of leaks and spills from the poor design.

Had to replace my old one and this newer design is nicer!
