I love this thing.

Only thing I don't like: you can't adjust the brewing time, so some of the teas I use that have longer brewing times aren't as good as when brewed by cup -

FYI for future buyers: works as shown perfectly, the only thing to take note of is when you are done carefully pour out access water from the unit (tip over the back and the front).

If you like sweet tea, you have to make simple syrup on the stove, defeating the purpose of the automated iced tea maker!My 5 year old son loves "helping" make tea with this maker, but that's the only positive thing I have to say about it.
