I have bought these before & muji is usually really great

They have a very fine tip and dark black ink that keeps working until the ink is gone

They are by far the best gel ink ball pen I have ever used

Only downside might be that they get used up fairly quickly, particularly in comparison to the G2 Pilot pens

I gave one to a friend and he couldnt say enough good things about these, and how they dramatically improved his note taking skills.

The only good thing is that the ink dries fast & doesn't bleed through the paper as much as I expected.

The great thing about the points on these pens is that they are not needle thin, but in fact a pyramid shape, so even if you press hard you cannot break or bend the tip.

These write so smoothly and the ink is so, so dark which I'm a huge fan of to say the least.

They are gel, and so depending on the material on which you’re writing, you may need to allow some time for drying/you may smear the ink

then I wouldn't recommend these for that purpose because there is no grip and the cap is really hard to put back on/take off

My one tip (no pun intended!) is to occasionally twist the little cap on the end of the pen (the opposite end from the nib) to keep the pen from rattling.
