Need for Speed Most Wanted - Playstation 3

    • I like to win cars and the money to buy cars.
    • But to keep this summary relatively simple I will list the pros and cons:Pros:-The graphics are done really well, the cars looked beautiful
    • Wanted the first one, but I think the cars are very pretty just the way they are.
    • LOOOOLYou will get the fastest cars ever with Turbo..and meet up with other drivers in the parks or highways
    • How well the car handles, particularly under pressure at very high speeds
    • Repairing and repainting your car is as easy as breezing through a fuel station
    • The graffics are very nice, I like de enviroment, the cars are very nice but you can't modificated the external like NFS Carbon or NFS
    • races about half are things like dune jumping or takedown competitions where you need to crash the other peoples cars not races and even more frustrating most of the time you are restricted on the vehicles you can use and will have to use a regular car instead of a sports car or muscle car which takes the fun out completely of an intense racing experience this multiplayer could have been much much funner if they didnt put in these absurd restrictions or added a simple filter for match making.overall this game could have been much better if they did more work on the multiplayer the racing is spot on and the cars are beautiful but the problems that are there are frustrating.
    • A lot of nice cars but other then that is not that fun to play same challenge repeatedly game layout & play is horrible do not buy the game not worth the money.
    • It features a vast amount of cars, ranging from average everyday ones to super cars to really blow the doors off racers
    • This game have a good cars and good sounds in 5.1 but no history only races no more and the game its easy
    • My biggest qualm is how you move up the blacklist, because you move up the list, even without having to race anyone, but if you want to get game completion and the blacklist cars, then you have to race them, and they have some really good cars
    • none of the grinding races for money to try and afford the good cars
    • And they do it, ironically, by removing many of the elements that make the first so great - car customization is limited to simple and invisible on-the-fly modifications, there's no story to speak of (except for the "goal" of defeating 10 Blacklist racers), and race types are limited to standard lap races, sprint races, and average speed races (which require the player to maintain a specific average speed through the course). This Most Wanted dumps the player almost immediately into the gigantic, gorgeous city of Fairhaven in a snarling Aston Martin and tasks the player to find a Porsche Carrera
    • After you defeat them you can take them out burnout style to win their car
    • I like how criterion games created something different where luxurious cars are common, instead of the common crappy cars we see everyday on the street
    • Every car in the game is available at the start.
    • Cool cars.
    • All too often winning is less about driving a good racing line (since, as I said, your opponents' cars are arbitrarily fast) and more about avoiding crashes
    • Cons: Very low car total (41); Lacks customizable soundtrack at this time (this should be built in every open environment game from here on out); Customized cars (this is a perk that would add to game and appease much of the distain from other reviewers)Pros
    • As for the game itself Great Car Selection, The social aspect of the game is amazing, how it constantly updates you verse people on your friends lists and reminds them as well.
    • The story sucks, you can't customize your car, you can't even use certain cars very long, you're not rewarded, yes the graphics are okay, but they don't feel like need for speed, every time you hit ANYTHING there's a cut scene and your car stops
    • I havent stopped playing this game and i gotta say that Its Amazing!!Awesome cars and very good Details!!Must buy Race Game
    • I miss modifying cars and AOL that fun stuff.
    • Single or multiplayer, it's awesome!Great cars and great music
    • good cars good everything
    • I liked how in the original you had to start with crummy cars until you had enough points to purchase the nicer cars.
    • Also all the cars are available from the start, BUT you must find them
    • If you like be smashing car and be smashed, this is your game otherwise if you are like me that wanted an oldschool need for speed most wanted with some upgrades, this tittles is not for US
    • Nice cars in it
    • Pursuit had a WAAAAY better car roster
    • Every car I drove was comfortable with turning, racing, and unlike many other games, the cop chases were intense, with Swat cars to spike strips, but not too difficult to evade
    • my favorite song ( Bullet for my valentine ) came up on the original most wanted.4- Don't buy new DLCs, they don't offer any good cars, except a very few
    • You find a car on the street (which you need to do in game to progress) and you waste your time driving to it and when you try to switch to it, you get the rude surprise that it is a DLC.
    • Every single time you crash your car, either from scraping a concrete fence or by going through a police blockade, you will be treated to a 5 second un-skippable replay of your crash
    • If you like be smashing car and be smashed, this is your game otherwise if you are like me that wanted an oldschool need for speed most wanted with some upgrades, this tittles is not for US
    • The street races are cool and the cars are neat.
    • Once you gain enough points you then are able to challenge the best cars in the game
    • I believe with the same amount of cars you would had found in Single Player mode, starting over as downgraded cars
    • Bad handling cars, limited camera views and dull design makes this game become boring very quickly
    • Very cool racing game, you will find dificulty for all kind of players and you will find al the best cars of the world
    • nice graphics, nice driving, i expected less from this game now that i played the demo and i didnt like as much as ps2 version, because i think most wanted ps2 version is the best car game made in need for speed, but this game is something different not better not worst but different.
    • When you get into the fast car's up to
    • The cars are too touchy
    • You'd have to pay a fine or worse, they'd impound your favorite car
    • If anything at least you can pick the car you want and free roam and not worry about getting 3 strikes and an impounded car
    • Love the cars and the high speed chases.
    • The cars look good and real
    • Graphics great car details great
    • Why?:-Can't set the car to manual shift drive,-When setting the controls to GT style won't work, where you don't use xotriangleSquare and R stick is your acceleration and
    • Personally I love the ability to customize my own car as well as keep them in a garage.
    • I like how criterion games created something different where luxurious cars are common, instead of the common crappy cars we see everyday on the street
    • Every time you bump a car, guard rail, or pole, you will have to watch a 10 second scene of your car crashing
    • There are also some pretty cool cars in this game
    • But its not just the lack of car options that suck in this game... the police chases in the original? better
    • You get kinds of cool cars like a bugatti veyron ss, koiensegg, porsche918 spyder, pagani, lamborginis', and more
    • Equally unfortunate, is that the cars don't handle nearly well enough
    • Players who invest the time in the various races/race layouts with the proper cars/mods will have a definitive, FAIR advantage over those who do not, but given the chaos that is traffic in this game, there's a chance a person ending up in last can still make up ground for a good finish.
    • this was the deal breaker in the end, you can't even hit the other cars much or smash around w/o being reset every time
    • Second, you start out with easy access to too many really good cars.
    • Hit anything at a speed of 50mph and up and your car will automatically look like a crumpled ball of paper
    • but if you the type of gamer that like to change your car parts like the first most wanted this game doesn't have those
    • The cars are fantastic and so is the individual handling-physics of the vehicles
    • You can race with any vehicle of your choosing once found, however, you'll need to complete races in order to unlock performance parts and upgrades to your preferred car
    • sweet cars..
    • just finding(there is no level up to get a new car they are all available at the beginning something i really enjoyed) and modifying each car there is 5 different modification categories and 4 different mods for each category the only thing is even though there is a ton of cars most people are going to gravitate towards specific cars hence the muscle and sports cars and its possible to play as just one car the entire game although it is more than likely you will switch to one of the better cars you'll come
    • Apparently when you buy this game, there are really cool cars that you cannot unlock unless you pay extra for it
    • AI cars feel arbitrarily fast
    • I love all the real cars
    • One of my favorite in YEARS!The Graphics are gorgeous, the cars look amazing, i love the both the speed and control too
    • So get the game, have fun, drive, race, and get cool cars.
    • My favorite car is The Tesla Roadster and fav song is Empathy!
    • Amazing visuals and sweet cars and the gameplay is more than enough to get your adrenaline pumping
    • The racing, graphics, new city, etc are all great, but they took out too much of the game and just made it a series of races in different cool cars.
    • In order to obtain upgrades for a better-performed car, you'll need to compete in Playlists, which contain different modes, noting one mode that also appeared in Burnout Paradise, it involves jumping
    • Have a favorite car you were hoping on upgrading and using extensively
    • They hit it out of the park with the open world gameplay and EVERY car being available from the start
    • There's nice cars and the racing can be
    • All cars in Most Wanted are available for use, the challenge is finding them
    • You could try breaking their cars but they are tough
    • Every car is basically obtainable at the get go of the game, you simply have to "find" the cars at hidden locations
    • For a long time, Midnight Club L.A. had been my favorite racing game, not only because it had a decent story, but good car simulation, races, and just the fact that it was open world
    • , it allows me to enjoy every car I drive, such as the Veyron (favorite
    • There are a lot of different amazing cars and it is a lot of fun to play!
    • First racing game ive bought since i had a sega dreamcast a game called speed devils so many cars and amazing cars
    • The cars do not handle well at all
    • Plus, there are dozens of fantastic real cars licensed for this game that you can customise to improve performance and handling
    • The cars crash all the time and it becomes kind of a Demolition Derby!
    • While the single player, for those who dump a ton of time into it and find their favorite cars, probably has a short life span, when you start talking about multiplayer, and get a few friends who have this game, and the replay value goes through the roof as you try to "top" your friends to be the "Most Wanted".If anything, multiplayer has reinforced my opinion that this quite simply is one of the best racers on the PS3, the best one released in 2012, and deserves your purchase.***Update #2 10/31/2012I'm seeing some questions about how this compares to NFS:Hot Pursuit.
    • Wasn't into driving games to much, but my son and I enjoy the cars and just how awesome the graphics are
    • if i want to find out how fast my car can go i will do it in free roam) each racing mode is very enjoyable (except speed average in my opinion) and can become a completely different ball game if they make it into a hot pursuit and for the most part the hot pursuits are pretty fun the only thing about them is that the cops are gta hyper aggressive and are pretty stupid i dont think even the best cars can handle a 100 mph head on collision let alone drive directly into one like the cops in this game do on a regular basis.there is
    • Christmas gift for my son, of coarse dad loves it too, though I liked the PS2 edition better, I like building my own cars!
    • Whats better then running from the cops in fancy cars
    • I'm just tired of the sloppy, unrealistic car movements.
    • speed, extreme, addictive, love this game pure speed and has to drive the best cars, best races ever, recommend the maximum
    • Since I wrote this review, I took the game to a friend of mine to see somebody else suffering as I did and after 50 minutes of him playing it and giving it a second chance we reached an accord, this game its awful.
    • I love this one more as i use it with my wheel which makes it awesome
    • Spiritual successor to burnout paradise, but not as great as that was.
    • Outside of the racing events, there are also ones that involve getting away from the cops (wreck your friend=them getting busted and disowning you) as well as who can drift the most, get the most air, break the most billboards, etc

    • I would have been PISSED if I paid the $10 for a online pass and the multiplayer sucked as much as I thought it did
