So I guess It was a good purchase with a great price, plus free shipping!

This was an easy buy as I didn't have to shop around for cost comparison, since this was the best price and the game came within days.

Waiting allowed me to get a new game for a great price.

This made my 13 year old very happy on Christmas morning and the price was well below any place else!

product came excellent new condition and packaged well, but the stars are a review of Most Wanted, this is a shame if your wanting Need for Speeds best edition for the ps3, this is some budget redo or something, very lame, bored after 4 minutes, the gamecube(real Most Wanted release also on ps2 etc) was awesome and gave me a week of good gaming before i bored of it.

The game works perfectly, is new and original, perfect conditions, but came without the box, and the picture shows the box, too bad...

The process was very complete too, was fast and the most important the product arrived in perfect condition

what I expected, everything in perfect condition and I hope all goes well when using it and enjoying it

The original Hot pursuit and Most Wanted were some of my favorites

However, not quite as good as Criterion's take on Hot Pursuit.

The game is better than the latest hot pursuit but the police chases are not

NFS Hot Pursuit was fun as hell and never got tired of it

I found Hot Pursuit a little disappointing because it lacked the basic options in single player that I loved in the original

Update great racing game, single or multiplayer game, iif u enjoy racing games u will love this one

EA has some big stones to expect that we'll just cough up when they can't provide a reliable product

The graphics of the game are incredible, but the gameplay is lacking

This game has great graphics, a different challenge mode and good gameplay

Outside of the racing events, there are also ones that involve getting away from the cops (wreck your friend=them getting busted and disowning you) as well as who can drift the most, get the most air, break the most billboards, etc

If you liked Burnout Paradise, chances are you will like this game.

Got this game for my son and so far no complaints.

Trust me, if you like racing games, especially Burnout games, you will love NFS Most Wanted!!!

So like i said once you get the quick handling 1-2 days you will reap the fast RUSH and adrenaline high this game has to offer you, but in all it is so much better than the NFS "Hot Pursuit" and just much different than the NFS"Shift" release

From a fan back from Need for speed 1,2,etc., is not any better than any one, I think is worst nfs I have played

Great game... definitely an arcade racer, but I loved NFS Hot Pursuit and the Burnout games.

I miss NFS:U2 and The original most wanted

Good driving game, great collection of exotic cars, fun to play.

You find a car on the street (which you need to do in game to progress) and you waste your time driving to it and when you try to switch to it, you get the rude surprise that it is a DLC.

I love the auto racing and driving games, and this did not disappoint wholly smokes this game if fun

The driving is difficult (not because of it being realistic) but because you have to look up at the map to make sure you are going the right way and then down to make sure you don't hit anything

It can be a bit dangerous driving fast and doing a sharp turn

This game have a good cars and good sounds in 5.1 but no history only races no more and the game its easy

Once you gain enough points you then are able to challenge the best cars in the game

But its not just the lack of car options that suck in this game... the police chases in the original? better

Every car is basically obtainable at the get go of the game, you simply have to "find" the cars at hidden locations

Very cool racing game, you will find dificulty for all kind of players and you will find al the best cars of the world

If you liked the need for speed series games skip this one.

basically, criterion has turned need for speed into burnout, and destroyed most of what the need for speed fans have come to love.

I'm not a full out Need for Speed fan, but I really liked the original NFS Most Wanted (2005), so it was a let down from it

If you were a Need for Speed fan in the past and enjoyed games like Underground 2 and the first Most Wanted than you probably will not like this game

This game is yet ANOTHER flat, dull, small-scale Need For Speed game, and being that it's made by Criterion this time around, it's a bit of a watered-down, dull flat small-scale wannabe version of Burnout Paradise

Trying to do this in Most Wanted will cause you to miss a checkpoint and essentially lose the race

You earn "speed points" even if you lose a race or just driving around, which helps to get you closer to the next "Most Wanted" race

If you loved the best racing game of all time (Underground and Underground 2) you will be in love with this game

but I don't like the fact that you have to go online to play any form of multiplayer even if it's just a split screen race

The racing, graphics, new city, etc are all great, but they took out too much of the game and just made it a series of races in different cool cars.

But I don't quite understand the bad reviews on this website.

All the positive reviews here must have been written by persons who are far too easily amused

I see others saying races are easy - which I could agree with EXCEPT when they involve the cops as well which is supposed to be the fun part

But other then that it is fun and the cop's are tough and the racer's fight back

Then there's annoying cop chases which IMO are an unnecessary addition to any game that's not

so often, the cops could be a little more fun, and the visual upgrades like bodykits and rims could have been a little more in depth.

It is fun to just free roam as well, dodging cops and finding all the jackpots

I love this one more as i use it with my wheel which makes it awesome

However, you'll probably be too busy seeing if you're beating your friends, smashing billboards and the like to be worrying about

Overall, decent graphics, good replay value, easy to get used to, and a lot of fun.

the graphics are very nice and the sounds are very nice and real, but it is very hard compared to previous games, as there is too many things to crash into and a lot of traffic, crash scenes are very annoying

Initially, I crashed a lot, but once I got familiar with tracking the objects beside me and those ahead, the experience became quite thrilling

The Run had a lot of potential but it really fell flat for me.

this time the competition is more fun, with more speed, lots of cars (you will have to look for them), large and bast city, enjoy

On top of that there are no upgrades for engines, in summary to customization, the cars stay relatively stock with minimal non visual changes that you can do to the vehicles-Do I really have to pointlessly drive around town and find cars to use them?-Drifting requires no talent once your car breaks grip you can basically hold the control stick in one direction and earn endless drifting points (not literally but its almost to that extent)-The cars handle like go karts with no way to customize the response from the controller (but again keep in mind this is an arcade game as compared to a simulation, but still handling is far from where it should be)-Every little accident I got into above 20 mph resulted in an annoying crash scene which you will just mash buttons saying "ok

The only flaw in this game is sometimes the crashes are too sensitive

I found this game rather disappointing, the handling, crash scenes, lack of story and empty environment are all serious issues (which can of course be solved with an inevitable sequel), but the graphics, car mods and police chases are all definite pluses

It's more for people who like burnout paradise ( - no barrel rolls, or stunts due to real car companies not wanting full fake crashes

Spiritual successor to burnout paradise, but not as great as that was.

I wish there were split screen play, but that aside, it is an awesome racing game with a beautiful open world and set pieces that rival those in the major big budget titles

One thing that is annoying about the game is that when you hit something it goes to the stupid crash video screen.

The police though can be quite frustrating at times as they can be very hard to elude as they are always on your ass, and when you do escape their search zone it seems there's always a random cop coming in the opposite direction to spot you, or the cops somehow know your hiding in some far off alley way

I highly recommend this game for anyone one that likes to drive and smash up your rivals and police

In the older version, going off-roading into the world's golf course or twisting and turning in new directions could lose the police

In the original, there were specific sites that your vehicle could hit that would cause explosions, tip towers over, etc. to help lose the police and is sorely missed in this version
