Bottomline is the Neeo is much better than any Logitech remote that I have used but still not as user-friendly or easy to use as my beloved, no longer for sale Super Ray Remote.

I had my NEEO for over week now and its such a pleasure to use

NEEO knocked it out of the park with their remote

The NEEO is much more refined in every way

The NEEO, as it's shipping now doesn't truly have traditional FireTV support (it doesn't talk to FireTV wirelessly), instead it uses the CEC control from the NEEO remote IR blaster (which is also it's brain) and then sends commands over the HDMI cable via the TV to the FireTV box

NEEO is great in that it can be incredibly simple to operate, but also allows for very complex setups

Overall, I am very satisfied with my NEEO smart remote.

Neeo is good

NEEO has become a part of my everyday life now and my family loves it

Compared to some of the other options I’ve used, NEEO wins and it's not close

I’m pretty positive team NEEO will add it
