Great product.

Overall, in the short time I have had it, great product, looks lovely on my counter, and better coffee than I have had with my Keurig.

If not, then basically it is a fraudulent product which the manufacturer knows will not work but continues to sell and refuses to honor warranty claims

However, keep in mind that the Aeroccino frother is a poor product
