It's not as fully featured as a true managed switch, and really some thing's are not explained well at all

The thing runs like a champ

I like most things about this switch

The switch is plug and play, which is a good thing because Netgear does not offer configuration software for the Mac (this is the reason I only gave the product 4 stars)

Love this thing

Some things you may want to set are reverse intuitive.

You would think this would earn a 5 star review, but a few things made me knock this down 2

and it works fine again for a few hours then the same thing happens

Metal case with numerous fans to keep thing cool.

I don't have much in my network closet, but this is by far the loudest thing there

So yeah, no possibility of ever having this thing work with Chrome
