NETGEAR 4G LTE Modem with Two Gigabit Ethernet Ports – Instant Broadband Connection | Works with at&T and Alternate Carriers (LB2120)

    • Way cool device
    • If you rely on cellular service for your main internet, this device is so much better than using just a "wifi hotspot", to conect your devices.
    • It shows up in my account as an "unknown device".I get download speeds from 20 - 60 Mbps with this modem.
    • Awesome device.
    • All-in-all, a great device for those with some networking experience looking for a seamless cellular backup solution for their hardwire broadband internet service.
    • I can only suspect that the device is being detected and throttled as a non-phone device.
    • This is a great device with perfect default settings
    • This is an unlocked device and will work with other UMTS and LTE networks in the supported frequency bands.
    • Have a netgear router hooked up to it and have great signal and unlimited devices running on it
    • This device does NOT support Band 13.In some areas, particularly urban and suburban areas, Verizon also operates on Band 4 (1700 MHz) which this device does support.
    • Pay attention to clear print on Netgear website about this product: "AT&T Network-Ready device"
    • The bottom line is: considering its functionality and ease of use, this device exceeded my expectations.
    • This device supports the following bands: Bands 2, 4, 5, and 12
    • Device supports
    • Don't expect to use this modem with Google's project Fi unless you already have one of their "approved" devices to activate the service and then order a separate card.
    • Would be a perfect device if bridge mode worked correctly
    • I would not recommend this device.
    • It looks like the device still has some challenges.
    • Router features seem to be light for portability like a portable hotspot device but for wired devices.
    • There is no support whatsoever from NetGear for this at NetGears website they pretty much ignore this device it appears
    • Good device, easy to setup and works well
    • The Device IS compatible with verizon network based on technical data bands etc.
    • Unfortunately this device has a serious bug that is well documented in the Netgear support forums.
    • After a year and 4 months, the device is basically useless
    • Great device
    • Over a year later and this device is still working great.
    • Gret litle device, it's easy to configure
    • This device works extremely well.
    • I highly recommend this device and setup for those with a smart home, connected security cctv &/ work from home with critical connectivity needs.
    • I bought this compact device to use my T-mobile service
    • Apparently all "unknown" devices default to 2G.
    • Works as a failover device for your router, and you can connect an external antenna which could be critical depending on your situation
    • I am able to run the unit in router mode, but since it is plugged into the WAN port of my Asus router, I am now double NAT-ed, which breaks things (devices outside my network can no longer connect to my CrashPlan backup server)
    • Enter this lovely device
    • The SIM cannot be activated unless there is already at least one Fi-compatible device active on the Fi service
    • And unlike those cheap hot spot devices, you can put your own wireless router in and connect as many devices as you want, and connect through ethernet cords.
    • However this device has a few flaws, I have tried both AT&T and T-Mobile sim cards in it and the connection goes in and out at times
