    NETGEAR AC1200 Dual Band Smart WiFi Router, Fast Ethernet (R6120)

    • Tech support does provide the occasional firmware upgrade and their website has some good
    • I think Net Gear uses Sales Force for Tech Support

    • Easy to get in touch with tech support since it was not obvious in the user manual how to hook up the Ethernet cable and the WiFi antenna cable
    • Contacted tech support and we messed around with the channels, still no change.
