Invalid username/password message every time.

if you lose your password and try and do a reset it is a pain in the A---

Followed directions explicitly to set up, the device created 2 networks as it should...but I could not connect due to an incorrect password???

After finishing the setup i tried to connect to the extender via my laptop and it kept on saying that the password is incorrect

That is mostly because I have a very complex password on my network

The extender works as it should and clears up reception in several rooms.

I should probably start by saying that this product works as it is supposed to; the two star rating has more to do with the way this extender is marketed than with any particular problem per se with the extender

Does not boost signal as much as I thought it would

Seems to be doing the job as well as I would expect.

but it does the job and will indeed boost signal strength in weak areas of your home as long as you make sure you plug it into a spot that it agrees with and that you have a relatively recent router/gateway that outputs a 2.5Ghz and/or 5Ghz signal.
