Horrible company policy, and the way of dealing with customers.(I do have to say that the customer support is great, if you pay for it.)

Even the high speed service and rented router from the evil cable company I just switched from gave my speeds in the 200+ range.

NETGEAR is a terrible company with the WORST customer service

During COVID, my company has extended the work from home structure so I have become overly reliant on WiFi working and working well

Not sure why company like Netgear would release a model without proper testing.

Our internet is still working b/c we are able to still use our Comcast that comes in without any problem
