    • Paid $140.00 because I was three days outside of 90 day tech support window
    • Tech support is aware of this issue but you typically get the standard person on the line that is just flipping pages and knows nothing about what to do.
    • I’ll pass on the tech support and will pass on ever buying a netgear product again.
    • Tried the forums and factory reset before calling Netgear tech support.
    • The tech support or warranty is not useful - they provide technical support only for the first 90 days and then on they ask for $50 for technical support

    • They also suggested I order a replacement, which Amazon allowed for free, but the replacement actually performed even worse with the same exact settings and conditions, plus more ineffective tech support
    • Everything was going great until I get an email from netgear saying that my 30 trial of tech support has ended and I have to pay to have access to help

    • The tech finally said it is not the router, but all my devices and I should call all the different manufacturers of the devices!Called tech support back A few days later and was told to reset factory defaults and reinstall the router.

    • Their tech support article's only suggestion is to hard reset the router...which will cause me to lose all of the work I've did late last night.
    • The router works great and so there is no need for me to contact with Tech Support.
