Places I used to get spotty or slow to no service are now running at usable speeds, at least 5mbs - which work for streaming one device from my experience

The unit works well, but offers noticeably slower download speeds than the standard AT&T unit I bought for $1.Easy set up, good range, but after 3 months of use we boxed it up and returned to the original hotspot.

I have been using this without any optional antenna and it has been good, although it shows the signal strength as Fair or Poor most times even while getting decent speed

I get good upload speeds, but terrible download speeds (0.3mbps).

However, most providers limit the internet speed of data devices after so many GB, even on "unlimited" plans

Living in a rural area the choices for internet are very limited, (no cable, no DSL), I have had to deal with bad satellite service for the past 18yrs, and after battling with my provider for the past year about slow speeds, the only solution that was offered to me from my provider was upgrade to an extremely expensive plan, and or cancel the service

So while your speed may vary, as long as you live within reasonable distance from a cell antenna you should be getting decent speeds

I get a strong enough signal and speed to be able to stream on a two devices simultaneously

The Nighthawk M1 is a better option to satellite internet as well as local WISPs with top speeds of 15 Mbps and will pay for itself in no time if these are your only options

This is a great product but theres no good unlimited plans the best i got was from tmoble for 90 bucks a month for 22 gb then they slow down the speeds then after u xant even use it not worth it unless theres a good data plan trust me its not worth it
