I try to contact customer support, the supporter is at Philippine and harder to understand

I bought it as a warehouse deal and when it stopped I tried to get customer support and found that the router had been registered to someone else

Three separate calls to customer support was not all that helpful

When we contacted netgear's "customer support", i was told (in a thick indian accent..) that to continue providing support for this 300$ brick, i would have to pay MORE money

I think they need help in their customer support department.

When I click on the link for help, is says we can no longer return it and there are no options available for customer support

Considering it is so much easier to have WiFi than to cable your home with ethernet plugs, this can be very useful for a family with very good (25+ Mbit/s) internet and owning lots of devices (phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops) accessing the internet simultaneously

I love the options it has in regards to networks and optimization’s for newer and legacy products in my home
