    • I try to contact customer support, the supporter is at Philippine and harder to understand
    • I bought it as a warehouse deal and when it stopped I tried to get customer support and found that the router had been registered to someone else

    • When we contacted netgear's "customer support", i was told (in a thick indian accent..) that to continue providing support for this 300$ brick, i would have to pay MORE money
