The web interface is like all other modern netgear routers I have used and I was able to quickly configure my wireless and other network settings

Netgear gives you a hard to read snapshot that refreshes, very little value.- I've assigned static IP addresses to DHCP for many devices however the devices do not seem to ever get assigned the static IP address.

NETGEAR support was unable to resolve (and was pretty useless).I purchased this router to support my very high speed Google internet (300mbps up/down), replacing a 5 year old NETGEAR router that worked reliably

I read the reviews on Amazon and the Netgear support site and they all complained of the routers performance, mainly dropping the internet, requiring a reboot to make it broadcast again

Netgear has also very limited support hours which do not accommodate people that work.

After much research and time spent going through online support, found support number 888-NETGEAR.

When we contacted netgear's "customer support", i was told (in a thick indian accent..) that to continue providing support for this 300$ brick, i would have to pay MORE money

Great coverage (in 2400sf home) and easy installation, especially after struggling with a Asus Wireless AC3100 Gigabit Router (RT-AC3100) that was horrible (defective 5G).

This router is great with the MIMO and also to place all the transmissions under one name of the name of the router 5g or so forth.
