    NETGEAR Nighthawk X6S AC4000 Tri-band WiFi Router, Gigabit Ethernet, MU-MIMO, Compatible with Amazon Echo/Alexa (R8000P)

    • We called the NetGear support and they said since it was past the 90 day warranty, for them to try to fix it, we'd have to sign up for a year of tech support for $140
    • I have tried to find a number for customer assistance but have not had any success unless you count finding a tech support number tied to a scam.
    • I am a network admin I know how to make hardware sing, especially technology like this, yet this hardware with all of its firmware updates, and "solutions" told by their tech support and website support, as well as chat, left the hardware still buggy

    • Considering it is so much easier to have WiFi than to cable your home with ethernet plugs, this can be very useful for a family with very good (25+ Mbit/s) internet and owning lots of devices (phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops) accessing the internet simultaneously
    • I love the options it has in regards to networks and optimization’s for newer and legacy products in my home
