I can't even use my home or office computer to access it through the static IP I assigned to it

I've tried a few different firmware versions, I've migrated the EX6200 to a static IP, and tried a few other basic steps, but there's a huge thread on the support forums that keep referencing this problem, without any potential solution

so I set them up with static IP's for this device

When I did the troubleshooting, it said that the router had the wrong IP address
