called today to customer service after waiting for 1 hour and again he asked me to send email to customer support

I contacted their tech support as well as customer support for over 4 hours only to be cut off of chat sessions by them and calls being hung up on by them after on hold for 55 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone in the first place
