Overall, I am quite happy with this product, and enjoy NetTalk's portability as well

The netTalk worked without a hitch.

I understand some people do not care about this, but I found it annoying as netTalk has the ability to put your name on he Caller ID but only after hassling their customer service department about it

If you're going to do this, there are forms to fill out online for 911, what service "owns" your phone number so nettalk can move your number to them

I never got the Nettalk device to work right and their Customer service was pretty much non-existent

The only people I can't recommend NetTalk to are those who are not technically savy

so closeting the cisco router and plugging nettalk into the att router the nettalk worked perfectly without the need of additional setup.

I have used a NetTalk for a couple of years, and it worked fine, but when I had a problem, the customer service was horrible.

I have now dumped Nettalk and switched to free Google Voice with Obitalk Obi100 at home adapter (from Amazon).
