    • After getting my Net Talk Duo device configured and using the service, I noticed that the call quality was slightly better than the Magic Jack service and figured that I had made the right move, then my device stopped working!

    • A service (even this inexpensive) is no bargain if your own time is of any value, and their poor support costs you a lot of time

    • Also with Ooma you get free phone service, no yearly charge, although some areas you will have to pay monthly taxes and fees (usually $5.00-$6.00 if you have to which is something I'm sure the folks at netTalk are supposed to do)
