    • This was after calling tech support and doing a firmware update that was supposedly going to fix the problem
    • Explanation:After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes the first time and 3 hours the second time, I finally got to tech support individuals that fixed my problems through in depth trouble shooting requiring my help.
    • Only time I need to call tech support is to port my old phone numbers to my Duo.
    • The new one is much better and the tech support at Nettalk helped me with the transfer of my current phone number to the new unit
    • If I can save 300 dollars per year I'll wait for tech support and get it done.
    • the device works well, but if you need tech support......good luck.
    • The second way for customer service is online-chat, in which you have to prepared to spend 2-3 hours for tech-support to do a SIMPLE 5-minutes technical check
