Explanation:After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes the first time and 3 hours the second time, I finally got to tech support individuals that fixed my problems through in depth trouble shooting requiring my help.

Only time I need to call tech support is to port my old phone numbers to my Duo.

The new one is much better and the tech support at Nettalk helped me with the transfer of my current phone number to the new unit
