The first one frequently lost the dial tone.

I have lost service at least twice a week...just lost the dial tone

Of course, it simply does not work at all sometime (no dial tone)

Once connected, conversation often gets cut-off without warning; or hearing weird tones (long & short) at least once every minute.

Does NOT support DTMF tones.
