Two aspects of this grill that I don't love: it takes a while to clean after cooking, and the water pan is prone to spilling when you carry it to the grill

Don't be fanatic (as I am) about getting every little speck scrubbed off both sides of the grill after use, and don't fill the water pan separately

Turn on high to preheat for 5-10 min, it does take mostly the full ten minutes to really get as hot as it can
