    • Two aspects of this grill that I don't love: it takes a while to clean after cooking, and the water pan is prone to spilling when you carry it to the grill

    • Don't be fanatic (as I am) about getting every little speck scrubbed off both sides of the grill after use, and don't fill the water pan separately
