Amazon refunded me my money and didn't want the product returned

After reaching out to Amazon customer service, they actually refunded me my money and let me keep the fridge because it is non-returnable, so that worked out well, but pretty disappointed with thousands of positive reviews

I told them to just take that one back and refund my money

Shipping time was fast and product arrived in good condition

He apologized that I wasn't able to get the fridge in good condition

Cooler arrived in decent time and was in good condition.

That being said, the package arrived in pretty good condition (much better than the previous two attempts!

Packaging is excellent and arrives in perfect condition.

The Danby's cold plate runs down the back almost to the bottom as well as it having an interior fan to move the cool air around (unlike the Newair which had the smaller cold plate crooked towards the top only).

Amazon and Newair have been helpful, however, this unit should not have failed so soon.

I really like the cooler, it did come damaged but Amazon made it right.

It's a nice looking fridge, and when I plugged it in it cooled very well, but apparently they have packaging issues.

If you are looking for a nice looking fridge that works well, this is the one to buy.

Arrived with dented door frame, dent/scratch on top, and broken motor support all damage done before shipping

I hear a humming sound and a gurgling sound when the compressor runs

It's not too loud.. sounds like a normal fridge

The first one we received sounded like a lawnmower when plugged in

That noise resolved but we were left with a LOUD whooshing sound.

One issue...it has been World Cup madness in our house for last month and people have been in and out of it frequently.

New one keeps drinks cold but ice is appearing on back, concerned we may need to defrost every few months.

my only complaint is that it does have a small hum and makes a little bit of noise every now and then.

Second one arrived upside down and box damages although does not appear damaged just not happy with the temperature does not seem as though it gets cold enough

The motor began making loud noises (also running very hot) and the inside began icing over within the first 60 days.

The first thing I noticed once I put it in my office was the loud compressor

Door fell off out of the box, big hole in the top where the door ripped off and a broken clip on the inside.
