So all in all could it be a little cooler in the fridge but Amazon has made right and stand behind their products so therefor I will use both and hopefully the new one has no temp issues

Amazon is being cool and refunded everything, but given the amount of people with the same complaints/issues, I highly encourage amazon to review this manufacturer quality problems.

Amazon and Newair have been helpful, however, this unit should not have failed so soon.

I really like the cooler, it did come damaged but Amazon made it right.

However, as usual, Amazon's excellent customer service worked with me to make everything right

Amazon replaced the appliance quicker than I had time to send the other back, and the new one works perfectly

Amazon made the return easy.

Amazon was great but it arrived with a dent in the side (no huge deal) but not what I expected

Thankfully Amazon promised a full refund for the item.

I also called Amazon to report it, and as I was willing to fix it and keep it, Amazon gave me an $87.50 refund for the damage

The Danby's cold plate runs down the back almost to the bottom as well as it having an interior fan to move the cool air around (unlike the Newair which had the smaller cold plate crooked towards the top only).

I love the glass door as I can see what's in the frig without having to open the door.

but it works as it should in terms of cooling
