I just burned three hours of my valuable time trying to get your device to work

I wasted literaly hours getting it to pair with my iPhone 7

I also spent a good hour on the phone with customer service to see if they could help me get it to connect to my Galaxy S7, but even though she was nice and did try, we couldn't get it to work
