It feels great, and controls excellently.

The contentious change comes to the new stick layout, which is staggered, with the left control stick higher up above the directional pad and offset from the right control stick which sits below the classic Nintendo face buttons

Perfect control and long battery life.

Probably the best feeling controller out of any console and considering all of it’s features, specially the 40 hour battery life, this control is definitely worth it.

I personally enjoy the Joycons, but this controller is far more comfortable for extended periods of use and feels more responsive and easy to use for games that require precise control input like Street Fighter.

Best and most comfortable console remote control I've ever used

Rock solid control, great response time and battery life.

Also keep in mind the controls will be stiff until you break it in, and it will feel super goofy once you're used to the joycons and same vice versa lol.

The sticks are easier to manipulate than on the joycons, giving you better control, and the whole thing feels a bit more comfortable than just holding the two small halves

Breath of the Wild where you need those precise controls in order to really take full advantage of the combat mechanics

I find it especially useful for Mario tennis aces, or any game where the right control stick is used

The control feels great in hand, one of the best feeling controllers

The left joystick (upward control) stops working after a month's worth of play

I love the Joy-Cons, but this gives me better control and feels better for what I'm used to.

Additionally it's got way better gyro controls than the Wii U gamepad

and It's one of the best game controls I have used in recent memory

That said, if you don't feel like you need finer control for your games, the only real benefit over the joycons is battery life

but I would constantly fat finger the controls

Holds a good charge, has a good feel, all the controls in the right spot.

I noticed smoother gameplay and controls with Zelda, Arms, Mario, and Splatoon.

I love this control and I take care of it but after one month I noticed somethingthe indicator goes to the Down direction even when I don't even touch the Left padI'm disappointment, Ayuda

, NFC reader, Motion Gyro controls, HD Rumble and rubber grip feel in the palm handles + including a really nice 5 foot long Type C to USB A charging cable

Controller is expensive but that was before I felt the build quality and button presses, especially the top buttons L, R, ZL and ZR.
