It's worth noting that the overall build and feel of the controller lacks some of the soft touch plastics and rubbers of many modern controllers, Xbox One controllers usually have a pretty soft touch plastic at the grips, and you can custom order one with rubberized grips, the back of the Pro controller looks like it would have rubberized grips, but it is in fact the hardest plastic I've ever held with a controller.

The only downside is the lack of analog triggers, but that's a minor gripe.

However, the lack of a 5.3mm jack input is disappointing and warrants knocking a star off in my book.

Controller is expensive but that was before I felt the build quality and button presses, especially the top buttons L, R, ZL and ZR.

Not as good as the 1X controller or the DS4.

Great product, the controller works as if it was new, & it has a charger with it.

Plus the A, B, X, Y, buttons are really rigid and aren't smooth around the edges

but ive seen a few reviews with the same issue as well as on the internet
