• Reviews around star (2.57 of 5)

    Nintendo Switch Pro Controller

    • The reason I rated it 4 stars is because...well first and foremost, people don't trust 5 star
    • Only knocked off a star due to the price.
    • Whether on Amazon or in store, the price for these remotes is way too high, and this is the only reason I subtracted a star.
    • Three stars because there's no good reason for this controller to cost $70, it feels like a basic cheap madcatz controller.
    • I subtracted one star for overall feel and just plain awkwardness
    • , controller works great so 4 stars for you!
    • I could justify the cost if an audio jack were included, but since it was omited, this resulted in another missing star
    • It's so lacking that I feel like it deducts 2 stars all
    • I knocked a star off because $70 is just a bit too steep in my opinion.
    • Would have been 5 stars if not for being overpriced, in my opinion
    • However, the lack of a 5.3mm jack input is disappointing and warrants knocking a star off in my book.
    • I really want to knock 1-2 stars off because the price is insane!
    • The reason I rated it 4 stars is because...well first and foremost, people don't trust 5 star
    • I only knocked off a star due to the price
    • I knocked one star off this review because I feel that the smaller buttons on the face of this controller should be a little larger and taller.
    • It's the best you can get for the Switch, but that price is enough to knock off a star.
    • Overpriced so -1 star.
    • If it had analog triggers I'd bump it up to 4 stars despite the plastic they used feeling cheap it's still a comfortable controller 80% of the time and a massive upgrade over the joycons.
    • Just feels great in your hands, very much like the 360’s did but with a proper D-pad
    • It works as it's supposed to.
    • Works as
    • As good as, if not better than, other consoles branded controllers.
    • (More often than not this an 'up' mispress, as well, one holds their controller upright.)Truth be told, I've never had a defective, well ANYTHING Nintendo in 30+ years of using their products
    • Not as good as the 1X controller or the DS4.
    • Great product, the controller works as if it was new, & it has a charger with it.
    • Plus the A, B, X, Y, buttons are really rigid and aren't smooth around the edges
    • but ive seen a few reviews with the same issue as well as on the internet
    • Controller is expensive but that was before I felt the build quality and button presses, especially the top buttons L, R, ZL and ZR.
