Why technical staff miss appointments three times?

After three missed appointments, I declare that I must return the unit, because the return label that Amazon gives me is for limited time and I am about to leave a trip

so it's not as appealing as you may like for certain areas

so we made no effort to have that corrected as we were otherwise thrilled with the product

I put it next to my mom's coffee machine in the kitchen and we are all mesmerized as we're making our coffee!

It works as it should as far as showing the photos and displaying time/date.

It works as it supposed to and is easy to add pictures

The photo frame works as it should though it is best if the photos you upload have good exposure; if your photos are too dark, you need to be very close to the screen in order to see detail.
