I highly recommend this 15" size frame as it has such a large display area for your photos (great for elderly folks).

It seems to run hot, when I have to reset it (as stated above, this happens annoyingly often) it is fairly hot to the touch.- You cannot rotate the frame, it sits horizontally and is not designed to rotate vertically.- Aesthetically it is not a very nice looking frame

I bought this Digital Frame in November 2016 and absolutely loved the product, but now it's not recognizing the Flash Drive

The packaging is easy to deal with and the frame is well protected.

or in the documentation, the frame severely limits the resolution of input files (mine are 5760x3840) instead of simply auto-formatting to the native frame resolution

To my surprise, this frame is perfect in size and it has excellent picture quality from all angle.

, the remote is fine, the options are fine, the frame did freeze once while I was scrolling through photos assessing how bad the problem is and switching between photos quickly seems to give the frame problems, but that's not normally how I would use the frame, so it's not a big issue.

Not ideal if your pictures vary between portrait and landscape as you'll have to optimize settings/orientation for one at the expense of the other (not really the frame's fault).

Lastly, the USB and SD card inputs are at the back, making it impossible to insert regular size USB drives, as the frame would lean on it.
