The settings interface is a little bit ugly, and the remote seems to have a weak range (you have to really point it directly and close)But nice product overall.

That's been a bit of a bummer (i.e., it's not quite up to Apple standards).However, unlike Apple, it's easy to get live tech support, who are knowledgeable and proactive (good follow-through).I'd buy this product again, and recommend that friends buy it.
