Just bought the Nixplay 15" Wi-Fi Cloud Digital Picture Frame and absolutely love it

We bought nixplay in Dec 2016 and it worked fine until last week when stopped working .Ann and Mary worked patiently and tried to reset

I love the Nixplay for getting pix from my son who lives in another state.

I ordered the Pix Star 15 inch as well as this Nixplay.

The Nixplay was very easy for grandma to use at first, and she loved it.

This is the 6th Photo frame I have used, The nixplay is the best by far

Nice job Nixplay.

But if Nixplay offers that 4:3 format in a large screen like this one I expect we will purchase it, because we have enjoyed the 18.5 frame, software and support so much.

I highly recommend the Nixplay for families or friends who live in different parts of the world

I can upload upto 10GB of photos with a free nixplay cloud account or I can use an external storage and connect to the frame

One thing -- when you start up the frame, it either gets pix from the cloud (nixplay website) or from USB or from SD

Nixplay makes it SO easy to make such a HUGE difference in someone's life!

Joe was wonderful, love the Nixplay we have the 1,000 photos of all friends and family

What Nixplay didn't tell me was if you start with number 1 this will work until you hit 100-199 and 1000-1009

Would definitely recommend Nixplay.

However, at present, this is the only 18" Nixplay frame available, and that minor annoyance is not a big deal - not enough to lose a point

I am very pleased with the Frame, its ever expanding feature list, and Nixplay has great (and fast , thank you Grace) on-line chat support that helps me whenever I am not sure how to do something

This Nixplay is the most fun

While the Pixstar does have the collage feature, the quality wasn't as good as the Nixplay, it didn't have the motion detection feature, and the web control interface was significantly more complex . . .

Nixplay REFUSED do any repairs on the unit in Europe, since it was purchased in USA

Nixplay has a linking problem with Dropbox so even though they advertise this as an option at this time it does not work properly so you can view all your photos

I selected the Nixplay 15” cloud frame to replace my 10” Pixstar frame which itself was a replacement for a 1st generation Kodak network frame.

Nixplay frames and customer support are the best in this field of digital frames

We have had our Nixplay for a little over a year and enjoy it more than all our many electronic devices.

Any ideas anyone has to correct I would appreciate?

While technically not broken I am wondering if I've received a couple rejects.

* Frequent crashes and freezing mar a could-be "great" productExcept for a few fatal flaws, this picture frame is great!

AND I expect electronic devices to work as they are designed and advertised
