This was a network issue on our cable end; however, it effected the frame and TOM was able to walk me through the Hard-reset with ease and competence

I'm in my 20's, if you think I don't know all the dumb resets before I call you've lost it.

I have had to un-pair/hard reset/re-pair the frame twice because their software update process requires it which is absolutely silly.
