The Nixplay cloud service & phone app make it extremely easy to load photos--the "playlist" feature is particularly interesting and I can see using this on special occasions (Christmas, birthdays) to have the frame display special photos but then go back to our "normal" rotation after that.

We have been looking for quite some time trying to find something to replace our older screens that were becoming obsolete with regards to which services were available to stream content to them.

When I unboxed the unit it didn't initially work but with excellent customer service we were able to get the unit up and running

He was very helpful and gracious - even when I had to find a paper clip (not something I have readily available) and waited while I searched for a new battery for the remote (Murphy’s Law at work here).Excellent product and EXCEPTIONAL customer service.
