I purchased the nixplay cloud frame for my 98 year old Mother so that all of her relatives can send photos directly to her frame.

Because all our pics and playlists are stored in the Nixplay cloud, we had all our memories showing on the new frame within minutes

Well, I had my first customer service experience with Nixplay about my Nixplay Cloud Frame ---

Our children send us photos of the grandkids, grand-dogs, interesting travel photos all sent directly to the frame thru the Nixplay "cloud".

Having lost our last special pusscat Ginger we were devastated, so I bought a Nixplay Cloud frame and put all our favourite photos on it and surprised my husband with an amazing slide show of his 'special boy'.

We downloaded updated pictures of our children and plan to send pictures to her using the nixplay cloud

Ellen, a service rep, walked me through a procedure to archive all photos in the NixPlay cloud

Our whole family loves our new Nixplay Cloud digital frame

When it completely froze I contacted Nixplay Support and received very detailed instructions how to start to solve my problem PRACTICALLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT within minutes of my email

Customer support gets an "A" in my book.

Confused as to why a simple feature would not be included I found the forum linked below

Set up is not as easy or as self explainatory as you would like

Unable to hang as it must be attached to charger, no rechargeable battery

and we just sit and smile as we watch.

Not only did he solve my issue and show me how to do what I needed to do, but he followed up several times afterwards to see if everything was working as it should.

Everything worked just as he described -- and I am back enjoying this wonderful frame -- seeing all the great pictures of my grandchildren and family

and I was mystified as to why some of the photos were rotated 90 degrees.

It seems to show either one or the other as opposed to jumping to my movie files after finishing the photo slide show [on the SD card as well as in the cloud].

He was able to make that clear, as well as how to make sure my parents saw the last pictures first, without having to scroll through them all to see the new ones.

Friendly, knowlegable and patient with me as we fixed the problem!!
