This work around only worked for a week and now the squeaking noise persists regardless of incline

: The machine has a horrible squeak 2nd day of use and I can't get it to stop or a response from NordicTrack to troubleshoot.

Now the tredmil has developed a really annoying squeak if there is no elevation

The treadmill works fine except for one problem, about a week into using it it developed a horrible squeaking noise

I've owned treadmills that cost 2 or 3 times what this one cost (@ $650 USD), and I would rate this one as good as or better than the more expensive ones I've owned

I am honestly baffled as to what is causing this noise and have no idea how to fix it
