I subtracted one STAR for the hot ceramic base and for not having a auto shut-off

This warmer only loses a star because I've broken so many.

This mug warmer is very pretty and easy to clean, hence the 2 stars.

I thought about knocking off one star for its hideous appearance, but form follows function, or so they say.
