    • I purchased when they first launched it in March 2017. received it in July 2017 and after 4 days with their tech support sent it back
    • After over 8 hours with tech support, they still couldn't connect me with an Android phone (cell phone needed for the app activation), and Verizon Fios router (combo).

    • NC is a bit tough to setup, but their tech support are very savvy and helped me through the initial hiccups
