Everyone love the brownies, muffins and cookies I make with this thing, is amazing and so easy to use

The brownie cutter and the cupcake pan were washed by hand

The minute the brownies are done (about 10 minutes) you push the cutter down onto the warm brownies and lift them out

The only thing i didn't like were the brownies, i couldn't git that crispy top layer of the brownie like yo do in a normal oven, it's was pretty mushy

It worked great, was quick and cleaned easily, and the brownies and cupcakes we made were delicious.

However: The brownies tended to have to be overly brown (read slightly burned) on the bottom before they were cooked in the middle and the quantities in the recipe book didn't really work:

This is definitely it and makes awesome brownies, cupcakes, bundt cakes, etc with your own mix or from scratch, and in a fraction of the time given that it heats from the top and bottom

The brownies I made with this were wonderful and I supplied a Christmas party with them.
