I'm kind of appalled that someone thought it was okay to send a customer something in that condition, especially when we bought it "new".Once fixed, the product itself seems pretty good for the price and it works well

beautiful product, it fulfills its purpose perfectly since sausages are wonderful, it looks a little delicate but household with no problem.
