Thanks to Youtube videos plus Ableton and Novation websites, I managed to learn how to create clips, scenes and arrangements, played with the chord / arpeggios MIDI effects (what a brilliant idea to have those!), even got some very simple light shows to go with the keys, all within several hours spread across two days.
Great idea executed well, I just need to know how to return and get a better replacement.
I also asked about changing the MIDI channel, which didn't work as per the instructions; again, no reply

The company's servers crashed at Christmas and we're required to use a free 30 day trial from another Company
Good software library support, brutally well built device, was outdoors in a Very Dusty Location day after day with no problems
