    • Listening to CD quality discs from iTunes, the clarity was sharp, the bass was booming, and you could hear the various notes and instruments in a way that you don’t normally with earbuds
    • These earbuds have great deep bass and treble is crystal clear
    • But not here: Bass is both fast and heavy, when needed
    • This ones have the best bass of all
    • The twisted cable does sound a little better (maybe it's just placebo).The HEM2 is not for basshead, it has a good amount of bass but when listening to bass heavy music the bass will be lacking

    • Having read other reviews where the driver had been lost as the connection was not secure, I was concerned that it be a good fit as the company doesn't sell just one replacement driver
